New Broad Street Realty was a brand new, state-of-the-art residential real estate showcase.  This 4,000 SF space included ultra modern, high-end finishes imported from Italy and beyond.  Customers were invited to browse current real estate listings on 30″ touch screen TV’s or were invited to come in for a refreshment and a casual meeting or introduction to the current Baldwin Park listings.  Unfortunately this space didn’t last long as it was completed just prior to the recession of 2008.  However this space currently houses the In-Style Salon where most of the original design elements have been preserved.
